Join Transavia as an experienced First Officer and fly a varied network across Europe and North Africa. Depending on your background, you’ll operate the Airbus A320/321 or Boeing 737NG, with solid training and a competitive package.

1000 hours
• For A320: ≥500 actual hours on type • For B737: ≥500 actual hours on type • ≥500 actual hours on CS-25 multi-pilot turbojet or multi-pilot turboprop (>10,000 kg MTOM or >19 seats), with ≥50 hours flown in the last 6 months
• EASA (frozen) ATPL(A) • Multi-Engine IR(A) Rating with PBN • MCC certificate • Advanced UPRT • Valid A320 type rating or, • Valid B737NG type rating
It is expected to put effort in learning dutch after hire
• EU passport; background check for VGB required • Education: at least HAVO (or equivalent) and swim diploma • Licences/medical NL-issued or convertible after positive selection; remain valid ≥6 months at start • Actively flying within the last 24 months; willingness to learn Dutch after hire.
• Starting salary from €6,461.46 gross/month (500–2,800 relevant hrs) or €7,552.37 gross/month (>2,800 hrs), plus ~€300 annual step increases • Training allowance €2,605.35 gross for the first two months • Five-month initial contract (two-month probation) with intent to offer permanent after successful training • Extra 10% monthly allowance; 8% holiday allowance; 8.33% end-of-year bonus; profit sharing • Travel allowance €104.17/month; route cost allowance €84.38/month; per-diem on layovers • Pension scheme (employer contribution 22.67%); loss-of-licence scheme • Staff-travel (ID95) and jump-seat (Transavia/KLM) arrangements • Stable operation, strong training and development, varied destinations including occasional overnights.
