Keep customers safe, secure and informed while delivering friendly service on every flight. Typical duties include safety demonstrations, security checks, assisting customers throughout the journey and supporting onboard retail. Work to a published roster that can include early mornings, evenings and weekends. Initial training is provided (four-week course covering safety, first aid, security, customer service, plus a swimming assessment), after which you receive your wings and begin line flying.
