Represent SWISS on board, ensuring safety, security and a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare for each rotation, ready the cabin, carry out safety and security procedures, deliver the SWISS inflight service (including ‘SWISS Senses’ on European flights), handle galley and service preparations, and promote duty-free sales. Rosters include irregular hours; resilience, teamwork and customer focus are essential.

• Swiss or EU nationality  • Minimum age 18  • Minimum height 155 cm  • Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) or higher school-leaving certificate (e.g., Matura/baccalaureate)  • Very good German + English for Zurich base, or French + English for Geneva base; additional languages are an advantage and may attract an allowance  • Service-minded, flexible, reliable, team-oriented; good health and resilience for irregular hours  • Good swimming skills  • Willingness to receive vaccinations approved by Swiss authorities (incl. COVID-19 and yellow fever)  • If applicable, completed basic military training  • Uniform & appearance: well-groomed; tattoos not allowed on face/ears; limited hand tattoos only (max 7 mm, up to two per hand); specific piercing rules apply  • Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes when on standby (ZRH)
