Job description

Welcome customers on board and keep them safe throughout the flight. Prepare the cabin before departure, carry out safety and service procedures during the flight and complete post flight tasks. Deliver the Edelweiss onboard service and support inflight sales while working as part of an open and friendly team.

Requirements

Completed basic education such as apprenticeship or Matura or Abitur
Strong customer focus with resilience and a high sense of responsibility
German at least C1 and English at least B2. Additional languages are an advantage
Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland. Swiss German must be understood
Well groomed appearance and warm manner. Tattoo rules apply as stated in the application form
Team player with good communication skills and empathy
Fast learner with strong learning ability
Men only. Proof of completed military basic training or civil service or confirmation of service exemption
Minimum height 158 cm
Good swimming skills
