Complete the company training and obtain the required certification. Selection includes an assessment day and training is assigned based on hiring needs. • Clean criminal record • Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation CCA • Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one • European unrestricted passport that allows visa free entry to Norwegian destinations • Valid work permit for the country of the chosen base • Able to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring • Minimum age 20 • Height above 160 cm or arm reach 210 cm on tiptoes • Able to swim • Preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language • Fluent English written and spoken • Live within 90 minutes of the base or willing to relocate • No tattoos on face or neck and any tattoo on hands or behind the ear not larger than 1.5 cm • Preferably completed upper secondary school or equivalent. Relevant service experience can compensate in some cases
