Fly Part 121 scheduled operations as a First Officer and support the Captain through all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and FAA regulations. You will train to SkyWest standards and build time on the E175 and CRJ with clear paths to upgrade and advance

• ATP certificate holder 1,500 hours minimum • At least 23 years old • 500h cross country • 100h night • 75h instrument • 25h actual multi engine  • Restricted ATP 1,500 hours minimum • At least 21 years old • 200h cross country • 100h night • 75h instrument • 25h actual multi engine 
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate multi engine with instrument and eligibility for ATP or Restricted ATP
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit • Valid passport and legal right to work in the United States with English Proficiency Endorsement • Instrument current and willing to rescind seniority with current carrier if applicable
• First Officer pay scale currently lists 90.90 USD per flight hour in year one and 96.15 USD in year three • 75 hour monthly guarantee after IOE and 4.2 hour daily minimum • Six paid holidays each year whether working or not and 100 percent deadhead pay • Industry leading 401k program and profit sharing • Guaranteed Pilot Interview programs available with Delta and Alaska for eligible Captains • Year for year pay credit for prior FAR 121 experience plus a 7,500 USD bonus for current CL65 or ERJ 170 190 type rated pilots • Company provided hotels during training and uniforms for all new hire pilots
