Air Dolomiti is recruiting experienced Captains for direct entry positions based in Italy. The role includes full responsibility for safe, punctual, and efficient flight operations, crew leadership, flight preparation and execution, and close cooperation with crew members, ground staff, and air traffic control. Successful candidates are expected to contribute actively to operational excellence, teamwork, and the continued growth of the airline.
