Lead the cabin operation on each flight, ensuring safety and security standards are followed and customer service is consistently high. Coordinate and brief the crew, act as the link between cabin, flight deck and ground teams, manage onboard issues and decisions, and support performance and service delivery across the cabin.

• Recent flying experience with at least 12 months within the last 5 years  • Proven leadership to oversee cabin safety, security and service delivery  • Ability to coordinate with flight deck and ground teams under time pressure  • Customer-service focus and strong communication skills
