Keep customers safe and comfortable on Aer Lingus flights. Carry out safety and service procedures, assist customers throughout the journey, and work rostered shifts that can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Complete the initial training program at the Aer Lingus Training Academy in Dublin, which includes classroom modules, practical assessments and supervised line flying before receiving wings.

• Minimum age 18 • Eligible to live and work in the Republic of Ireland • Valid EEA passport that allows unrestricted worldwide travel • Ability to obtain required US entry visas • At least 12 months combined experience in customer service or sales • Fluent English written and spoken • Able to work variable rosters including early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays • Pass all training modules and assessments, including sea survival tasks such as swimming 25 m unaided and boarding a raft from the water • Satisfy company recruitment and background check standards for travel roles
