Keep customers safe and comfortable on international services. Carry out safety, first aid and service procedures in line with company standards. Complete Icelandair’s Initial and Conversion training before line flying. Work a roster published monthly that includes irregular hours across time zones. Summer staff commit to 100 percent during June through August.

• Service experience in hospitality or caregiving • Very good Icelandic and English. Other languages are an advantage • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude • Must pass an aeromedical examination under EASA rules. A drug and alcohol test is part of the medical • Medical exam fee is payable by the applicant • Fit for duty both physically and mentally. ADHD medication is not permitted under the regulations • If you hold a valid medical from another operator you still complete Icelandair’s medical with their provider • Able to attend and pass all parts of training with 100 percent attendance • Good swimming ability and able to assist another person in water during training scenarios • Born in 2006 or earlier
