Act as the airline’s ambassador and support a safe and welcoming onboard experience from briefing to arrival. Follow safety and security procedures, deliver consistent customer service, support onboard sales and handle cash and card payments. Complete preflight and postflight checks, maintain accurate reports and participate in recurrent training. Be flexible to work shifts and extended hours and step up as Cabin Supervisor when assigned.

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate. A diploma in Travel or Tourism is a plus.  • Training in First Aid and in Safety and Emergency Procedures is an advantage.  • Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions.  • Presentable and friendly with a positive attitude under pressure.  • Customer service oriented and attentive to passenger needs.  • Able to handle difficult situations without compromising the corporate image.  • Focused and able to identify irregularities and manage threats and emergencies.  • Proactive and self motivated with strong teamwork skills.  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.  • Fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage based on airline needs.  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous cabin crew or customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.  • Able to work shifts and for extended hours, with flexibility for changing schedules.
