• Look after passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight. • Welcome customers during boarding and disembarkation and assist anyone needing extra help. • Carry out the safety demonstration, check emergency equipment and ensure safety information is available and understood. • Provide cabin service appropriate to the route, working as part of the flight team. (AWA operates Embraer ERJ145 aircraft with two cabin attendants per flight.) • Administer first aid when required and respond to any in-flight emergencies according to procedures.
