Keep customers safe and comfortable on every flight by applying safety and security procedures and delivering attentive service. Work with pilots and ground teams to support an on time and friendly experience. You will be based in Auckland AKL, Wellington WLG or Christchurch CHC and report for duties at your assigned base.

• Entitled to live and work permanently in New Zealand at the time of applying. New Zealand permanent resident or citizen or Australian citizen.  • Full New Zealand driver licence with reliable transport from time of application.  • Minimum age 18 at time of application.  • Minimum two years of customer service experience in a high pressure and customer centric environment is preferred. Strong leadership and resilience under pressure. • Able to work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays, with regular overnights away from home base.  • Compliant with uniform standards.  • St John Level 2 first aid certificate to be obtained prior to training if selected.
