Role overview

Operate as a solo Flight Attendant to keep customers safe and comfortable on every sector, applying all safety and service procedures and managing the entire cabin independently. Duties include equipment and security checks, announcements, food and beverage service, cleaning and handling situations calmly. You will report to your assigned Australian base as rostered.

Requirements

Minimum age 18
Australian citizen or permanent resident
Height no taller than 173 cm
Current Provide First Aid certificate HLTAID011
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate completed within the last 3 years
Able to meet one of the listed English or local experience criteria. 3 years secondary education in Australia or New Zealand or work in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years or work in the UK or Ireland or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years or IELTS overall 5.5
Able to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card ASIC which includes a police security check
Able to swim fully clothed without aid a swim assessment is required
Flexible for shift work including weekends, public holidays, early starts, late finishes and nights away from home
High standard of personal presentation and strong customer service mindset
