Communicate clearly in English and German, complete required checks and work a flexible roster across a 24 by 7 operation. Base assignment is confirmed after training and roles are deployed to United hubs. Available bases will be: Houston, Newark, Chicago, Dulles, Denver, San Francisco.

• At least 21 years old at time of application • High school diploma or GED. Two or more years of college preferred • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a service industry • Fluent in English and German and willing to complete the company’s language assessment • Valid passport with required validity and unrestricted ability to travel to United destinations • Meets physical and reach requirements including lifting items to overhead bins and pushing or pulling a service cart • Professional appearance and willingness to follow uniform, hair, tattoo and piercing guidelines • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work a flexible 24 by 7 schedule
• Hourly flight pay listed in public postings from 28.88 US dollars to 67.11 US dollars with additional compensation for language skills where applicable • Training provided in Houston with a weekly stipend and hotel accommodation.
