Requirements

• Minimum age 18 • High school diploma or GED • Height between 5’0 and 6’0 without shoes • Able to fit into a jumpseat harness and seat belt without modification • Valid passport and unrestricted travel rights to all countries served by Envoy • Eligible to enter and exit Canada with no criminal history in the last five years • Legal right to work in the United States • Valid REAL ID compliant driver’s license or passport • Fluent English reading, writing and speaking • Willing and able to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays and trips up to four consecutive overnights • Able to lift, push and pull equipment and work in confined spaces on board • Well groomed appearance and uniform compliance • Pass FAA background checks and obtain required airport security badges • Willing and able to attend training in Dallas–Fort Worth and relocate to an assigned base after graduation Preferences • One year hospitality experience in hotel, restaurant or retail • Prior public facing experience • College degree Additional appearance standards • No visible tattoos in uniform • Only single ear piercings visible • No visible facial piercings and no extreme hair or nail colors or styles
