Keep customers safe and comfortable by applying safety and security procedures and delivering professional inflight service. Perform required checks, handle service and sales and work a rotating roster that can include weekends, evenings and overnights. You will be based in Toronto Pearson YYZ and report for duties there.

• Minimum age 19 at time of employment.  • Completion of secondary school.  • Fluent in English. French is a preferred asset.  • At least two years of customer service experience with the public.  • Valid Canadian passport or valid international passport with current US Crewmember Visa C 1 D.  • Able to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card and pass company background screening.  • Meets medical standards including alcohol and drug tests and all physical requirements of the position.  • Physically able to perform flight attendant duties including lifting up to 50 lb standing for extended periods and assisting during emergencies.  • Willing to work on reserve and a rotating schedule that includes weekends holidays evenings and overnights. Must be able to report to the airport within two hours when assigned.  • Successful completion of a five to six week full time initial training program with full attendance and passing all assessments.  • Strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills with a safety focused mindset.  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards and to company Standard Operating Procedures that align with Transport Canada rules.
