Keep customers safe and comfortable by applying safety and security procedures and delivering professional inflight service. Perform required checks, handle service and sales and work a rotating roster that can include weekends and overnights. You will be based in Montreal YUL and report for duties there.

• Current valid Canadian passport or valid international passport with a current US Crewmember Visa C 1 D • Minimum age 19 at time of employment • Fluency in English and French • Completion of secondary school • At least two years of customer service experience working with the public • Able to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card and pass company background screening • Meets required medical standards including alcohol and drug tests and all physical requirements of the role • Physically able to lift up to 50 lb stand for extended periods and assist passengers during emergencies • Successful completion of a five to six week full time initial training program with full attendance and passing all assessments • Strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills with a safety focused mindset and ability to work unsupervised • Able to work on a rotating reserve schedule including weekends holidays evenings and overnights with schedules and days off awarded by seniority • Prepared to report to the airport within two hours when assigned • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards and to Standard Operating Procedures aligned with Transport Canada and company policies • Commitment to Porter’s Safety Management System including reporting hazards and incidents
