• Meet total flight time minimums for an ATP or Restricted ATP
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi engine and instrument ratings • IFR current
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit • Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel to all Envoy destinations • Willing and able to relocate to a crew base
• 50 percent premium added to hourly pilot pay through December 31, 2026 • New Captain pay while flying as a First Officer once you reach 750 hours • Part 121 experience longevity match applied 1 to 1 to pay vacation and retirement • Minimum 12 days off per month with long call reserve and improved duty and trip rigs • 100 percent deadhead pay and 150 percent holiday pay on six holidays plus additional designated days • Up to four paid commuter hotel nights per month and paid hotels to and from training • Travel privileges for you and eligible family on the American Airlines network with the same boarding priority as American employees • Direct flow to American Airlines under the industry leading agreement
