Selected candidates join as experienced flight crew with progression toward Captain while supporting safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations across the European network. No accident / no incident confirmation
Two references from current or former managers or training personnel within an aviation organisation
Qualification permitting access to higher education
EU citizenship, or valid residence/work permit for applicable non-EU citizens
Passport with unrestricted validity
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
