Technical college entrance qualification, senior high school diploma, university entrance exam, or equivalent accepted
EU citizenship, or valid residence/work permit for Sweden, Spain, or Czech Republic
Passport with unrestricted validity
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
