Job description

airBaltic is accepting applications for an Experienced First Officer talent pool for future pilot vacancies. The role includes supporting the Captain during all phases of flight, safe and efficient aircraft operation, and maintaining high operational standards across the network. Selected candidates may be contacted first when new positions become available.

  • Experience on aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems
  • Aircraft MTOW experience on aircraft of at least 5.7 tonnes

Airbus A220 type rating funded by airBaltic (3-year bond)
Commuting roster: 13 days on / 10 days off
Base roster: minimum 10 days off per calendar month with limited layovers
Fixed roster: 5 days on / 3 days off
Annual guaranteed salary (Commuting roster): €54,060 to €60,180 gross depending on experience
Annual guaranteed salary (Base / Fixed roster): €63,600 to €70,800 gross depending on experience
