Hi Fly is recruiting aspiring pilots through a partially self-sponsored Junior First Officer Programme leading to Airbus widebody operations. The programme includes type rating training, simulator training, line training, and progression into commercial flight operations across a global network. Successful candidates begin their airline career in long-haul ACMI and wet lease operations with structured development opportunities.
