Job description

Loganair is recruiting Direct Entry Captains based from the Manchester crew hub for ATR operations supporting Isle of Man services. The role includes full responsibility for the safety, security, and operation of the aircraft, crew, and passengers from report time until shutdown after flight completion. Captains are expected to lead the crew, make operational decisions, and maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and service.

  • Proven teamwork and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of aviation regulations, safety practices, and flight operations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Professional, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
  • Ability to work approximately 5 consecutive days / 4 nights per week in the Isle of Man
