Job Description
SAS is recruiting Cabin Crew for its Stockholm-based operation, with first training courses planned for fall and winter 2026/2027. The role includes onboard safety, passenger service and onboard sales on SAS flights, with variable schedules, standby duties and irregular working hours. Candidates need customer-facing work experience, while previous cabin crew experience is not required for all positions.

Requirements
- Minimum age 18.
- Height between 160 cm and 190 cm without shoes.
- Completed high school education or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing work experience.
- Fluent English, minimum Berlitz B2 or equivalent school level.
- Strong swimming skills.
- Valid EU passport allowing worldwide travel.
- Right to live and work permanently in Sweden.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to reach Stockholm Arlanda Airport within 1 hour and 30 minutes during standby duties.
- Ability to comply with SAS uniform regulations.
- Visible tattoos allowed below the neck, except hands and chest.
- One small discreet tattoo up to 1.5 cm allowed on the hand or directly behind the ear, provided it does not extend onto the back of the head or neck.
- Visible tattoos must not be offensive or religious in nature.
- Approved security assessment, including security interview, 5-year background check, reference check and exhaustive police certificate / clean record.
- Good physical and mental health.
- Good vision, +/- 0.7 with or without correction.
- Ability to obtain medical approval according to EASA regulations.
- Completed and passed drug and alcohol tests.
- Approval by the relevant aviation authorities for work in airport security-restricted areas.
- Successful completion of SAS cabin crew training.
- All required checks and approvals must be completed before starting cabin crew training.
- Strong service mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to a safe, efficient and welcoming onboard environment.
- Professional, calm and solution-oriented attitude.
- Team-oriented and adaptable working style.
- Ability to manage irregular hours and changing schedules.
- Hospitality, sales and service experience advantageous.
- Previous cabin crew experience advantageous.
- For experienced cabin crew applicants: valid EASA Attestation and Medical.
- For experienced cabin crew applicants: minimum 1 year of continuous Senior Cabin Crew experience within the past 5 years.
