Indian national holding a current Indian passport.
PAN card.
Aadhar card.
Age between 18 and 27 years for freshers.
Completed Class 12 from a recognised board or university.
Minimum 50% marks in Class 12.
Minimum height 155 cm for female candidates.
Weight in proportion to height.
BMI range 18 to 22 for female candidates.
Fluent English and Hindi.
Vision 6/6.
Well-groomed appearance.
No visible tattoos while wearing the uniform.
Ability to remain medically fit for flying duties.
Ability to comply with rest regulations.
Ability to maintain required licences up to date.
Ability to comply with DGCA regulations.
Ability to maintain current safety and security knowledge.
Ability to conduct safety and security duties.
Ability to manage emergency situations, including first aid and emergency evacuations.
Ability to conduct inflight sales and service.
Ability to attend mandatory pre-flight briefings.
Ability to prepare reports on safety, service and security incidents.
Professional representation of Air India.
Warm, caring and empathetic attitude.
Ability to provide a high level of guest care.
