Requirements
- Indian national holding a current Indian passport.
- PAN card.
- Aadhar card.
- Age between 18 and 27 years for freshers.
- Completed Class 12 from a recognised board or university.
- Minimum 50% marks in Class 12.
- Minimum height 155 cm for female candidates.
- Weight in proportion to height.
- BMI range 18 to 22 for female candidates.
- Fluent English and Hindi.
- Vision 6/6.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the uniform.
- Ability to remain medically fit for flying duties.
- Ability to comply with rest regulations.
- Ability to maintain required licences up to date.
- Ability to comply with DGCA regulations.
- Ability to maintain current safety and security knowledge.
- Ability to conduct safety and security duties.
- Ability to manage emergency situations, including first aid and emergency evacuations.
- Ability to conduct inflight sales and service.
- Ability to attend mandatory pre-flight briefings.
- Ability to prepare reports on safety, service and security incidents.
- Professional representation of Air India.
- Warm, caring and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to provide a high level of guest care.
