TUI Airline is recruiting non-type-rated B737 First Officers for its Sweden-based passenger operation. The role is aimed at pilots with previous multi-pilot aircraft experience who meet EASA licensing requirements and can report to their assigned main base within 120 minutes during standby duty.

Minimum Total Flight Time

Other Minimum Flight Time

  • Minimum 500 flight hours or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbojet aeroplane certified to CS-25 or equivalent airworthiness code.
  • Alternatively, minimum 500 flight hours or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turboprop aeroplane with a maximum certificated take-off mass of at least 10 tonnes or a certificated passenger seating configuration of more than 19 passengers.

Other License Requirements

  • Unrestricted and valid EASA frozen ATPL required.
  • Eligible for Zero Flight Time Training on the B737 if not currently type-rated, in accordance with FCL.730.A.
  • MCC certificate required.
  • Advanced UPRT certificate required.
  • Valid multi-engine instrument rating required.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid EU, Swiss or EEA passport required.
  • Passport must allow unrestricted worldwide travel.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the training start date.
  • Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions required.
  • Aviation security background checks required.
  • Ability to meet all applicable EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance required.
  • Ability to report to the assigned main base within 120 minutes during standby duty required.
  • Roster flexibility required, with no fixed roster pattern.
