- MCC certificate required.
- Valid Boeing 737NG type rating required.
- Advanced UPRT certificate required if the licence was issued after December 20, 2021.
Other Language Requirements
- Minimum ICAO English Level 5 required to apply.
- ICAO English Level 6 required before starting employment with Transavia.
Additional Requirements
- Valid EU passport required.
- Swimming ability required, including one full pool length unaided for the wet drill.
Benefits
- Starting salary of €5,712 gross per month for pilots with 500 to 2,800 B737 hours.
- Starting salary of €6,324 gross per month for pilots with more than 2,800 B737 hours.
- Monthly allowance of €22 gross per block hour.
- Annual salary increase averaging €300 gross per month, excluding inflation indexation.
- End-of-year bonus of 8% of base gross salary.
- Holiday allowance.

- Uniform, parking and medical examinations covered by Transavia.
- Final roster published 35 days in advance.
