Requirements

Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
Minimum 3 years of flying experience as a (Senior) Cabin Crew Member.
Secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife) or higher qualification.
Valid passport without restrictions.
Good swimming skills.
Ability to reach Munich Airport within 90 minutes during standby duty.
Very good German and English language skills.
Willingness to receive a Yellow Fever vaccination.
Internet access.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Strong service mindset with a confident and professional appearance.
Ability to lead and motivate a cabin crew team.
Ability to remain calm, empathetic and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
Commitment to continuous personal development.
Hotel, hospitality or medical experience advantageous.
Additional language skills advantageous.
