Role overview
Norse Atlantic Airways is recruiting experienced Cabin Crew for a seasonal 7-month contract at its Athens base for winter 2026/27, with training starting in September or possibly October. Cabin Crew operate long-haul international services on Boeing 787 Dreamliners, with duties centred on passenger safety, inflight service and customer care. Requirements
- Minimum age 20.
- Minimum height 160 cm.
- Completed high school education or equivalent.
- Previous cabin crew experience at a European airline.
- Documented flying experience at a European airline within the last 5 years.
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation issued by an EASA member state.
- Valid Class 2 medical.
- Fluent English, minimum CEFR B2.
- Valid passport with at least 1 year remaining validity.
- Right to live and work in Greece and the EU.
- Unrestricted right to travel to and from all countries served by Norse Atlantic Airways.
- Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM) at the time of application.
- Greek Social Security Number (AMKA).
- Ability to report to Athens Airport within 90 minutes during standby duty.
- Ability to operate flights of up to 14 hours.
- Ability to spend up to 20 days away from home at a time.
- Availability to start training in September 2026, possibly October 2026.
- Ability to reach overhead bins without assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while wearing company-approved shoes.
- Ability to wear the company uniform for periods of up to 18 hours.
- Ability to swim 25 metres unaided.
- Ability to meet EASA medical requirements.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
- Police certificate(s) obtainable from every country of residence exceeding 6 months during the previous 5 years.
- Documentation covering employment, education and/or unemployment during the previous 5 years.
- Written explanation required for activity-history gaps longer than 28 days.
- Previous Boeing 777 or Boeing 787 experience advantageous.
