Join KLM’s flight deck and operate short- and long-haul services worldwide. Depending on production needs, you’ll start either as Second Officer on wide-bodies or as First Officer on European operations, with structured career progression.

500 hours
• ≥500 hours on multi-engine aircraft >5,700 kg MTOW • ≥150 hours in commercial aviation in the 12 months prior to application or Royal Netherlands Air Force military pilot experience (active service at time of application)
• (Frozen) EASA ATPL(A) • Valid multi-pilot aircraft (MPA) type rating • ME-IR(A) Rating • PBN endorsement • MCC completed • Advanced UPRT • RT (radiotelephony) license
Dutch proficiency (non-natives: at least B2 before selection)
• I-CRM certificate • EU passport • Height 1.58–2.03 m • Education: at least MBO-4 (technical) or HAVO with mathematics, or equivalent foreign education • Provide last logbook pages evidencing recent hours; upload all documents (incl. secondary-school diploma, MCC, UPRT) as PDFs • License & medical must be NL-issued or converted before hire (valid ≥3 months at start; conversion costs borne by candidate)
