NAV Brasil is hiring licensed controllers for live operations at its ATS units nationwide. You will work in tower and approach environments, deliver air traffic, flight information and alerting services, and ensure safe separation in compliance with current Brazilian ATC regulations. Appointments are via a public simplified selection run by Instituto ACCESS, and hires are on a fixed-term employment contract under Brazilian labor law.
NAV Brasil is Brazil’s state air navigation service provider. It manages air traffic services, aeronautical information and meteorology across the country, operating a network of 40 plus operational units supported by modern ATM systems. The company handles over one million traffic movements per year and provides services for more than one third of all takeoffs and landings in Brazil. Its mission is to keep traffic safe, orderly and efficient throughout Brazilian airspace. 
• Professional de Tráfego Aéreo I • Secondary education completed • Diploma of ATCO Formation from a school recognized by DECEA • LPNA personnel licence issued by DECEA • Valid aeromedical certificate CMA with more than 45 days remaining at document check, with no restrictions for operational duty  Profissional de Tráfego Aéreo II • All PTA I requirements • Proven minimum six months of experience in ATC organs class 1, 2, or 3 per ICA 63-33 • English proficiency recorded through SISCEAB EPLIS level 4 or higher 
• Gross monthly salary PTA I 5,600 BRL • Gross monthly salary PTA II 7,616 BRL • 13th salary, paid vacation, FGTS deposits, INSS contributions • Transportation benefit or fuel assistance, meal or food voucher currently 1,287 BRL per month, food basket 101.78 BRL per month • Maternity leave and other benefits per the prevailing collective agreement, work schedule 36 hours per week on shifts or 40 hours administrative depending on assignment
