Job description

Represent Emirates on board and keep customers safe and comfortable throughout each flight. Apply company and regulatory procedures for safety, security, first aid and service, complete preflight and postflight checks, and communicate clearly with customers and crew. The role is rostered and includes irregular hours. You must live in Dubai and report for duties at Dubai International DXB.

Requirements

Minimum age 21 at the time of application.
At least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
Fluent English written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
Minimum high school education Grade 12 or equivalent.
At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience.
No visible tattoos while in uniform.
Able to meet UAE employment visa requirements and Emirates medical standards.

Benefits

Starting basic salary AED 4,980 per month.

Flying pay AED 69.6 per hour with a typical average total of about AED 11,244 per month for Grade II based on 80 to 100 block hours.

Meal allowances for night stops paid in arrears the following month. Hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport provided on layovers.

Furnished shared accommodation in Dubai with utilities included.

Company transport to and from work and to and from the training college.

Thirty calendar days of leave per year, plus one firm annual leave ticket to country of origin which can be changed to any Emirates destination after three years of service.

Medical and dental care through Emirates Clinics and worldwide life and personal accident insurance.

Non contributory end of service benefit lump sum on completion of contract terms.

Staff travel concessions on Emirates and partner airlines in line with policy.
