Represent Vietjet on board and keep customers safe and comfortable from briefing to arrival. Follow safety, security, service and first aid procedures to company and regulatory standards. Complete preflight and postflight checks, communicate clearly with customers and crew and work variable rosters. Recruitment for this intake includes an online application with a short intro video and document screening, followed by in person assessments that include height and BMI check, an AI interview, a group talent exercise and a panel interview.

Requirements

• At least high school graduate. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. • English certificate minimum TOEIC 500 or equivalent such as IELTS 4.0 or TOEFL iBT 40 or TOEFL ITP 450 or a university degree with English major. Home edition tests and certificates that cannot be verified in Vietnam are not accepted. • Medically fit to meet cabin crew requirements. Balanced eyes and short sight not exceeding 3 degrees. No squint and even eye color on both sides. • No visible tattoos or scars while in uniform. Covering with makeup or plasters is not allowed. • After selection, completion of initial training under a training bond and fees agreement.
