Represent IndiGo on board and keep customers safe and comfortable from briefing to arrival. You will follow safety, security, service and first aid procedures to company and regulatory standards, complete preflight and postflight checks, and work variable rosters. Selection is conducted through online drives and walk in events across India. Current hiring lists these bases and cities by roster assignment as needed. Initial training is approximately three months in Gurgaon and includes DGCA examinations prior to base posting. 
IndiGo is India’s largest airline by passengers carried with IATA designator 6E. The carrier operates Airbus A320 and A321neo and ATR 72 aircraft and lists more than 100 total destinations with 80 plus domestic and 30 plus international points. The main hub is Delhi DEL with additional large bases across India.
• Female Indian nationals with a valid Indian passport.  • Age 18 to 27 at the time of assessment.  • Minimum education 10+2 from a recognised board or university.  • Fluency and clear speech in English and Hindi.  • Minimum height 155 cm. Weight proportionate to BMI.  • Positive body language and well groomed. No visible tattoos while in uniform.  • BMI requirement 18 to 22 verified on the assessment day.  • Willingness to relocate after training based on company requirement.  • After selection, availability to attend approximately three months of training in Gurgaon and to clear required DGCA exams before base posting.  • Follow the mandatory interview guidelines including dress code and required documents such as photographs, updated resume, 10th and 12th marksheets, Aadhaar, PAN and Passport.
