Requirements

Inexperienced cabin crew 18 to 27 years of age at application deadline. Experienced cabin crew up to 35.
Minimum education Higher Secondary Certificate 10 plus 2 or equivalent.
Fluent in Bengali and English written and spoken.
Height typically at least 161 cm for women and 168 cm for men with arm reach around 212 cm on tiptoes as published in recent US Bangla recruitment notices. Weight proportionate to height within stated BMI ranges.
Good overall health and medically fit for cabin duties. Swimming ability is preferred and must be learned during initial training if not already held.
Well groomed professional appearance with compliance to the airline’s uniform and grooming standards.
