Keep customers safe and comfortable on every flight by applying safety and security procedures and delivering attentive service. Work as part of a professional crew, complete preflight and postflight checks, and support onboard service and passenger needs. Roles exist across multiple bases including SYD, MEL, BNE, PER, ADL, CNS, AKL, WLG and LHR and you will report for duties at your assigned base.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18. Height range typically 163 cm to 186 cm for Qantas Airways and Qantas Domestic, and 158 cm to 183 cm for QantasLink operations. • Legal right to live and work in Australia. Australian or New Zealand permanent residency for Australia based roles. • Valid passport with at least the minimum validity for Qantas destinations. • Water Competency Certificate. Able to swim 50 metres fully clothed unaided and tread water for 3 minutes. • Current Senior First Aid certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate issued by your state authority. • Strong customer service experience in a face to face role and the ability to work in a diverse team. Additional languages are an advantage for international positions.
