Additional Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Current FAA First Class medical certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Valid U.S. passport or valid passport with green card and the ability to travel to all cities and countries served by Sun Country
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • High school diploma GED or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Recent flight experience preferred

100 percent pay protection for cancelled trips and 100 percent pay for deadhead legs
Average per diem 2.80 USD per hour

401k contribution equal to 15 percent of eligible 2024 earnings regardless of pilot participation
Hotel accommodations during initial training for pilots living 50 miles or more from Minneapolis, paid parking, CASS and database jumpseat authorization
