Cabin Crew are responsible for passenger safety, inflight service and creating a consistent SWISS travel experience while operating on domestic, European and intercontinental flights. Successful candidates complete comprehensive cabin crew training before beginning line flying.

Requirements

Swiss, EU or EFTA passport.
Minimum age 18 at the time of application.
Minimum height 155 cm.
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) or higher secondary education (e.g. Matura).
Very good German and English language skills.
Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes.
Good swimming skills.
Willingness to receive vaccinations approved in Switzerland, including COVID-19 and Yellow Fever.
Service-oriented mindset.
Team player with a reliable and responsible working style.
Self-reflective with a willingness to learn and develop.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work irregular hours.
Well-groomed appearance.
Tattoos permitted except on the face and ears.
Mandatory military basic training completed, where applicable.
Current CV required.
Educational certificates required.
Employment references covering the previous 5 years required.
Photos of all visible tattoos required.
Military service record book required, where applicable.
Additional language skills advantageous.
