Minimum age 21
Minimum height 163 cm
High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
Fluent spoken and written English
No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad cabin crew uniform
Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural crew environment
Professional and guest-focused approach
Positive attitude and willingness to develop professionally
Additional language skills advantageous
