Join the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency’s two-year ATC training to build the skills to keep traffic safe and efficient in Polish airspace. The pathway covers three paid stages: theoretical training (~6 months, Warsaw), simulator training (~6 months, Warsaw or Poznań), and on-the-job training at an operational unit under instructor supervision. You’ll learn aircraft separation, radio communication, and real-time decision-making while working in a team environment. Selection includes FEAST and RADAR aptitude tests, an assessment centre, interviews in Polish and English, and an aviation medical (Class 3).
PANSA is Poland’s state air navigation service provider under the Ministry of Infrastructure, responsible for managing the Warszawa Flight Information Region and providing tower, approach, and en-route control services nationwide. The agency also delivers aeronautical information services and maintains CNS/ATM infrastructure that supports safe, continuous operations. PANSA participates in European ATM modernisation initiatives and works with partners across the region to improve capacity and efficiency.
