Requirements

Minimum age 18 required.
Minimum height 158 cm required.
Completed secondary education required.
No previous flying experience required. This role is suitable for candidates without previous cabin crew experience and without an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
Fluent written and spoken German required.
Fluent written and spoken English required.
Medical fitness required.
Ability to obtain a health certificate according to EASA regulations required.
Ability to swim unassisted required.
Valid passport without limitations required.
Right to live and work in Germany and the EU required.
No criminal record required.
Ability to reach Frankfurt Airport within 60 minutes at any time required.
Availability to begin training in January 2027 required.
CV and cover letter must be submitted in English.
Strong communication skills required.
Positive attitude, empathy, responsibility, punctuality and the ability to stay calm under pressure required.
Ability to work effectively with changing crew teams required.
Ability to support onboard sales required.
