Job Description

Marabu Airlines is recruiting experienced Flight Attendants for its Frankfurt-based Airbus A320neo operation. This is a permanent fixed-base role, not a commuting or seasonal contract. Duties include cabin safety, passenger service, onboard sales support and close cooperation with the crew to maintain safe and efficient cabin operations.

Requirements

Minimum age 18.
Minimum height 158 cm.
Completed secondary education.
Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
Previous cabin crew experience.
Right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
Fluent written and spoken English.
German language skills at any level are welcomed.
Willingness to improve German language skills over time.
Valid aeromedical certificate.
Ability to swim unassisted.
No criminal record.
Ability to reach Frankfurt Airport within 60 minutes at any time.
Fixed-base Frankfurt position, not a commuting contract.
Ability to adapt to roster changes and operational changes.
Ability to remain calm and professional during onboard incidents and other fast-moving operational situations.
Ability to support colleagues and maintain a positive passenger experience.
Ability to support onboard sales.
