Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 at the start of training.
  • Completed school education or vocational training.
  • Applicants with a Hauptschulabschluss must have at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Valid passport without restrictions.
  • Very good German and English language skills, minimum CEFR B2.
  • Ability to swim safely.
  • Good general health and successful aviation medical fitness assessment.
  • Successful security background check.
  • Own mobile phone with an active mobile phone contract.
  • Professional appearance and appropriate conduct towards passengers.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented working style.
  • Patience, empathy and flexibility.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and develop professionally.
