Requirements

Minimum age 18.
Secondary education diploma (Bac) or equivalent.
Swimming and/or rescue certificate.
Fitness for flying duties.
Good spoken and written English, French and German.
Ability to work irregular schedules and weekends.
Willingness to complete layovers at outstations.
Successful completion of mandatory initial and recurrent training.
Basic knowledge of standard office applications.
Customer-oriented and service-focused approach.
Smart appearance and ability to comply with internal uniform and dress standards.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with cabin crew and flight crew.
Ability to provide appropriate assistance to passengers requiring additional support.
Ability to provide first aid during medical emergencies.
Ability to work responsibly in normal, abnormal and emergency situations.
Ability to perform inflight sales duties.
Responsible, dynamic and team-oriented working style.
Ability to work effectively under stress.
Basic Luxembourgish advantageous.
Additional language skills considered a major advantage.
