Jet2.com is recruiting Cabin Crew for its London Luton base on full-time fixed-term contracts running until the end of the summer season in November 2027, with potential opportunities to return for summer 2028. The role covers passenger safety and security, onboard service, first aid, customer assistance and inflight sales within a 24/7 operation. Previous cabin crew experience is not required, and successful candidates complete a four-week paid CAA-approved training course before flying.

Requirements

Valid UK or EU passport with the required validity.
Full 5-year employment, education or activity history.
Successful pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks.
Ability to meet applicable medical, health and safety requirements.
Ability to continually fasten the cabin crew jump-seat safety harness.
Ability to meet the required reach and mobility standards.
Reliable transport to and from London Luton Airport for all rostered duties.
Ability to work within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation.
Availability for very early mornings and late evenings.
Availability to work weekends, Bank Holidays and peak holiday periods.
Flexibility to work variable rosters that may change from week to week.
Strong safety awareness.
Customer-service mindset.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Professional appearance and conduct.

Only one Cabin Crew application permitted per recruitment season; candidates should apply only for the airport base they wish to join.
Previous cabin crew experience not required.
