Train with Fintraffic Avia College to become an air traffic controller serving Finland’s towers, approaches, and en-route sectors. You’ll progress from theory and simulator modules at Avia College (next to Helsinki Airport) to unit training that prepares you for real-world operations across the country’s network. Selection includes a multi-stage aptitude process (FEAST phases, personality testing, interviews) and an aviation medical in line with EU rules.
