Role overview

Braathens is recruiting Cabin Crew for its Stockholm Arlanda-based ATR 72-600 operation. Cabin Crew operate within both the SAS production and Braathens’ own ACMI activities, with responsibilities covering passenger safety, onboard service and customer care while working flexible and irregular schedules. Initial training lasts four weeks for candidates without previous flying experience and two weeks for candidates holding a valid CCA with recent flying experience.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in Sweden.
  • Ability to reach Stockholm Arlanda Airport within 90 minutes during standby duty.
  • Flexibility to work irregular working hours.
  • Ability to comply with Braathens uniform regulations.
  • Successful security assessment by the relevant Swedish authorities.
  • Security interview, 5-year background check and reference checks.
  • Full police certificate / clean criminal record.
  • Successful completion of initial cabin crew training.
  • CV and short video presentation required with the application.
  • Customer-focused and professional approach.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing operational situations.
  • Basic understanding of a Scandinavian language advantageous, with willingness to actively develop these language skills.
