Requirements
- Over 20 years of age.
- Minimum height 160 cm or ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Valid right to work in Norway.
- Valid cabin crew medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to swim.
- Clean criminal record.
- Successful background check to obtain an airport access card.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
- Residence within 90 minutes of Bergen Airport or willingness to relocate.
- Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
- Ability to work long and irregular duty hours.
- No tattoos on the face or neck.
- Tattoos on the hands or behind the ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.
- Successful completion of cabin crew training.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Team-oriented and adaptable working style.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) preferred.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language preferred.
- Completed upper secondary education or equivalent preferred; relevant service experience may compensate for formal education.
